The Fine Print
• Founding rates are available to the first 20 members who join by January 31, 2027.
• 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel anytime after that with 30 days' notice.
• Annual plans: 12 months for the price of 10.
• Medications, lab tests and imaging are billed separately unless included in your plan.
• Membership is not health insurance. For emergencies, call 911.
Frequently asked questions
Is it too late for me to start hormones?
Not necessarily. Age alone doesn't rule you out. Your evaluation looks at your full health history to decide what's safe and right for you.
Do you take insurance?
Membership is self-pay. Your labs and imaging may be billed to your insurance by the lab or imaging center.
Do I need to keep my regular doctor?
Yes. This membership works alongside your primary care, and Complete members receive a treatment summary letter to share with their doctor.
Where are visits held?
All visits are by secure telehealth. You must be located in a state where Nancy is licensed at the time of your visit.
What if I just want thyroid care?
You're welcome. Essentials covers hormone therapy, thyroid care, or both.
